Policies

Studio policies

The rules that keep classes safe, on time and comfortable for everyone.

How the studio runs

Class Cancellation

We require clients to cancel a reserved class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the class credit.

For any discounted pass, including the New Client 3-Week Trial Pass, an $18 fee will be charged to your account for a late cancellation or no-show.

Waitlists

If a class is full you may add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot becomes available you'll automatically receive an email confirmation.

Once you're moved from the waitlist into the class, the standard cancellation policy applies. Manage your schedule and waitlists accordingly to avoid late-cancel or no-show fees.

Refunds and Transfers

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please check the expiration date on your passes and use all classes before they expire. Most single or drop-in passes have a six-month validity period from the date of purchase.

Age Requirements

Students must be at least 16 years old to participate.

If you are under 18 we require written parental or guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must be present for your first class to sign the release form and provide a copy of their ID for insurance purposes.

Late Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to allow time to change and prepare.

Arriving late and missing the warm-up is a safety risk, and late students may not be permitted to join. We appreciate your respect for both instructors and fellow students by arriving on time.

Alcohol Policy

For your safety, alcohol consumption before class is strictly prohibited. Anyone appearing intoxicated on arrival will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.

Photos and Video Recording

You're welcome to record your own progress during class; please be mindful of others in the frame. Recording or photographing other students without consent is not permitted.

Filming of instruction requires instructor approval and must not be publicly shared or distributed online.

Class Observation

To maintain a comfortable and private environment, class observations are not permitted. We offer a waiting area in the hallway.

Our studios are also conveniently located near cafés, restaurants and shops for anyone waiting for a friend.

Student Conduct

We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. Please show respect to instructors and follow their direction, avoid teaching or coaching other students during class, refrain from using cell phones in class, and treat others with kindness and respect for personal space.

Bullying, harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class or termination of studio privileges.
